The board of nursing was established by law governing people so that the training and employing of nurses would be safe for everyone involved. They take care so that every nurse in training will get the state expected training that has been put in place. The board is made up of a collaborative of registered nurses and people chosen from public professions other than nursing. It gives a balance an accountability to nursing so that everything is kept focused on the patients and their care.
With the growth of so many different medical procedures, nursing is booming and the regulation of it has been the priority of many nurses. They have seen the necessity to be involved in what happens to them and their patients so that all legal, ethic and professional standards are upheld.
Even though with the advancement of technology and learning, federal laws do not regulate the
Ohio Board Of Nursing and so when you are in different states, there are different regulations that most likely will have to be followed. If you are in the profession, it is imperative to make sure that you know what is required so that you are not libel for an unnecessary lawsuit due to ignorance.
With the globalization of nursing and many people working to standardize the requirements we are seeing many different challenges being faced. Things such as policies, fiscal challenges and ethical challenges are going to be hurdles that will be faced with every new tie that strengthens our world but as they are conquered it is going to communicate a sense of peace to the patient world. It will let them know that they are always the priority when finding a cure or working on saving a life.
The Ohio Board Of Nursing has done so much to strengthen the medical community by giving a voice to each person in the profession and a voice to each person seeking their help.
